A Rally Tower for a Triumph Tiger 800 (model 2018) with an LCD display. *

Rigid navigation mount which mounts to the original mounting points of the plastic front fender. All necessary mounting hardware included (nuts, bolts, spacers, and 3D printed parts). The original windshield can be used. Less turbulence of air and better airflow than the original fender. 

Details:

  • Two 12 mm accessory rods to mount various navigation systems or other hardware on the top rod. Applicable to a Carpe Iter Tab (Shown in the pictures) but also for Garmin or TomTom devices. 
  • Sturdy navigation holder and bracket which uses its original windshield.
  • No drilling or cable rerouting is required for the LCD display.
  • Everything can be converted back to the original Triumph front housing and windscreen holder if needed.
  • Non-invasive Rally Tower and very sturdy! (No mounting modification is needed in the frame. Mounts to original mounting points)
  • Off-road tested for 3/4th of a year and frequent off-roading (3-4 days a week) and very happy with the design. 
  • Less wind turbulance because the windshield is positioned a bit steeper and ends up higher.
  • Now able to move the bike by only holding it by the Rally Tower.
  • All mounting hardware will be included (nuts, bolts, spacers, 3D printed special parts and dampers for the windshield).
  • Weight: approximately 825 grams
  • Height: approximately 25 cm

Hi Patrice,
You are the first to pay interest in the Rally Tower.
I will weigh it this weekend and get some dimensions. Unfortunately, it is too large to ship in an envelope. But It would certainly fit in a small-sized packet.
It's possible to make one for you but it could be a bit more expensive (towards the normal retail price) but I am not certain yet.
I will check the options and get back to you to answer your questions.

Hi Patrice,
I have checked the dimensions: They are similar to the factory ones. (See a new photo (the last one) of the product photos.)
The total dimension is around 25cm high. The rally tower is fully modular and can be totally disassembled.
The weight is around 825 grams whereas the original plastic is around 525 grams.

I can certainly make a piece for you for the pre-order value ;) It is how I made my own. It won't be industrially created because then it would cost a fortune for just one Rally Tower.
