Return policy
Not satisfied with your product you ordered? You can ship it back (at your own cost and risk) after contacting ADV Moto Tools. From the moment you received your package you have 10 calendar days to rethink your purchase. I fyou want to send it back, please send an email or use the contact form to get in touch. Purchases outside the EU (except UK) will not be eligable to a full refund due to shipping costs.
Products custom made or specially produced for the customer cannot be returned.
The returned product has to be in new condition and defects on the product due to usage or test-fitting may result in no or partial refund.
Return procedure
- Send an email and mentioning that you want a refund of your product in combination with your order number. (It would be nice to also know the reason why you would want to return the product.)
- After getting the response by email with return instructions send the product back. (Check your spam-folder if you are not getting a reply)
- When receiving your returned product and checking it, your product price (without shipping) will be returned within 14 days by your original payment method. You'll be updated of the return process once your return is received and what steps are taken in your return process.
Warranty
Damage to your vehicle is not covered and use of products purchased from ADVMotoTools.com are for your own risk. These products have no CE marking since these products are made and designed by a hobbyist and motorcycle enthusiast. Always think of the consequences when using products (for example that there is enough space for moving parts) and they do not give you or your vehicle super powers. Products are warranted under normal use. Damage by an accident, crash or misuse are not covered.
The warranty period is 12 moths for normal use.
